Is the theright.fit app free?
Yes! theright.fit app is 100% free to download and use 🙂
Do I have to have a TRF account to download it?
If you have an approved theright.fit profile, login with your existing email address and password. If you do not, then you can apply to join theright.fit straight through the app!
Why should I download the app?
Firstly, we designed this app with you in mind. We wanted to make it easier and faster for you to receive notifications on your phone when you get new messages and bookings, so you’ll never miss an email or alert again! Plus, we have made it much easier to apply for jobs with just one click. This translates to more jobs – Yay!
You can now upload new photos straight from your phone too. No Mac or PC is needed.
Remember, these unique features will be launched mobile-only, so it’s essential to have the app to access the benefits these features provide.
How do I download the app?
If you’re an iPhone user, go to the app store and search ‘theright.fit’ or click the link here.
If you’re an Android user, go to the app store and search ‘theright.fit’ or click the link here.
Will this replace the website?
The website will still be available for you to use to apply for jobs and update your profile, but we will no longer be adding new features or updating tools. You also won’t receive auto alerts for new messages. But yes, you can still use the website too!
Will all my details and jobs be there?
Absolutely – log in with the same email address and password you currently use. All your profile information, photos, videos, current and past jobs, messages etc., will be automatically available in the app.
Who do I contact if I need help?
We are always here to help our TRF family. Simply email us at email@example.com with information about the issue you’re facing and what kind of phone you are on, and ideally, a screenshot of the problem so we can resolve the issue for you straight away!

Will I get push notifications/alerts about jobs?
You sure will and it’s fully customisable. Simply head over to your account settings, where you can adjust the alerts you want to receive.
